To answer the questions asked

1. No we do not have enough senior nurses, nurses or HCSW to deliver care

2. We do not have adequate therapeutic equipment / technology to deliver effective therapies by trained staff

3. We do not have enough administrative staff or administrative equipment to help clinicians complete the daily record, report or telephone contact effectively enough with other agencies

These are just a few of the difficulties faced on a daily basis by our community CAMHS team in xxxx
